We have released a fix and are currently reprocessing some data. No data was lost. During this time you may begin to see sales data appearing in reports and we are expecting to be fully caught up in the next couple hours. We will continue to monitor for issues while the data gets reprocessed.

Identified
We have identified an issue causing reporting to be delayed in the back office. During this time you may notice that sales data is not available in reports such as the sales report. We are working to resolve the issue. Please continue to ring sales as usual and the reports will update after the issue is resolved. We will provide further updates as they become available.
